Ok, for the past 3 months My gym was closed to becuase of Hurricane damage. I started eating bad and now I am fat. This moring I really noticed my gut and now I am depressed. What is the best way to get started back on a good program.
First, put down the doughnut. Second, go to the gym. Third, go to the grocery store for the proper supplies. In Nike’s words, JUST DO IT! A lot of times people will miss some training or meals and will then just chalk up a loss for their day, week, year. Don’t worry about getting everything set up and perfect. Just get into the gym, start working, and gradually get all the aspects of your training/nutrition in order.
