As far as Fantasy books go you can’t go wrong with Robert Jordan’s Wheel of Time series. Even better than the afor mentioned Song of Fire and Ice by George R R Martin.

great series, kinda drags in the middle though. Thankfully only 1 book left.

Hell yeah, the villian could military press 300 pounds.
But don’t forget the second two books. Hannibal is one of the most amazing novels I’ve ever read. Way better than The Silence of the Lambs and the movie is total crap compared to it.
