MSM Journalism, Now We Have Proof They Lie All the Time!

Also fuck the media and politicians for not giving two fucks until they started getting fucked over themselves (and only then when it is really badly).

Who has been able to compete?

I have no idea and I don’t care as I’m not a user of any of them. But there’s nothing stopping you from trying. If you succeed the rewards would be enormous. Go for it.

BTW - I don’t mean you literally, I mean you as in anybody with a better idea. That’s how this country works. Don’t cry, do.

Are you sure this isn’t people on here being out of touch? I mean most of us on here are probably in the 28-50 range.

From my article it looks like no shortage of platforms with significant amount of users. Some I hadn’t even heard of that are being used a bunch. Twitter wasn’t even in the top 10 and it’s always mentioned as “we gotta stop them from influence!!!”

It’s also strange when we have the actual government who has been caught reducing public access to public information but that’s not why anyone’s mad. We’re irate if a private company doesn’t want you linking Holocaust denial articles or something left and right on their webspace.

I thought she was pro everyone having guns?

It’s actually the opposite.

The real world.

Good point!

Well, the burden of proof in a libel suit is on the defendant to prove the truth of his statements. But the standard is based on a balance of probabilities, not beyond reasonable doubt like what is being suggested since “punishment” would imply it’s a criminal case. This would essentially turn it into something similar to the China legal system.

Told y’all this is a fucking complex topic that has the potential to turn really ugly lol. Best not to touch this one.

She’s an angel. You could tell me she walked on water yesterday and I’d believe it.

I believe Twitter is going to go with this defense:

EDIT:

Oh, they did.

Problem for Twitter is that Hunter stiffed the store owner on the bill so it’s hard to argue that it was “hacked” in that circumstance.

That policy is also aimed at people publishing hacked info, like a TOP SECRET document, not for a news report containing details. Well, until yesterday it was.

The assholes have been avoiding taxes by saying they are a carrier service, like a telephone company, for over a decade and now they want to mediate and block content but don’t want to take on the regulations and extra costs of doing so.

Yeah, I just edited my post after reading the article I just posted. You can see their new statements regarding this policy there.

They’re backpedaling in an effort to dodge the regulations hammer.

Good point. I think you have brought this up before. A civil suit is different than criminal.

Yeah, if it were criminal, the burden of proof would be on the prosecution(at least where I live). But good luck trying to indict any news organization unless you take away all the clauses afforded to the press to ensure press freedom in your country. You see where this is leading to, don’t you lol. I’m not gonna talk about this anymore.

“And what’s happening is too many transgender women of color are being murdered. They’re being murdered," he said*.

Re: Amy Coney

I think she makes a good point, actually, if you believe sexual orientation isn’t a choice. But the dictionary thing is pretty hilarious.
