Yes 18mg EOD (72mg weekly) which should land me in between 15-21 Free T or low TT400’s. I had erections the entire 4th week, then week 5 estrogen felt like it was a little high for me and erections went soft. Muscles have been getting really hard and veins are starting to show in the last couple of days.
A Total T of 496 would see Free T at 21 pg/mL with SHBG at 22 on Labcorps ranges.
There is more to it than shbg that are affecting your labs.
My shbg is only 3 points higher at 25 and my total t is bet 650-700 free t close to 18.
What physio says that shbg should not dictate Injection frequency makes more and more sense.
What does physio say about shbg summarized? I must’ve missed it.
Outside of considering shbg, eod injections (or even ed injections) keep things streadiest. Less fluctuation and therefore effects of the trt are more predictable.

Correct, it really depends on rate of metabolizing testosterone and controlling estrogen if one is obese. The reason why I suggest frequent injections for low SHBG guys is I see a lot of them having difficulty managing free hormones and low SHBG guys are typically overweight and I want to avoid have to add an AI to the mix.
What you say about your SHBG and Free T means your SHBG grabs ahold of more testosterone than miner does which is why you need a higher Total T. My Free T hits 18 well under a Total T of 500. A 500 Total T for me is high normal, Free T at this level would be 21 top of the ranges and hematocrit 50%.

Also more frequent injections offers a more steady test (and associated estrogen) levels. Easier to dial in.
Sorry it has taken a while to get my results back.
So after 5 weeks of 75mg test E every 3.5 days, at the trough:
Total Test = 33.7 (6.0-28.0 nmol/L)
Estradiol = 131 ( <150 pmol/L)
Unfortunately free test wasn’t done.
But I feel these results confirmed my suspicion that both my T and E are perhaps a bit too high on the current protocol. What would you recommend; i’m thinking I should lower the dosage to 50mg twice a week and trial that? I would like to avoid an AI if possible.
