No, it was the economics professor from Bard college trying to determine how to get 100% unemployment. Bathroom breaks figure importantly into that…
Consumers can choose not to consume and often do. This is called the demand curve. Perhaps google Price elasticity of demand.
Professor @castoli711 taught me that this is not true. Because commercials.
and greedy CEOs
That goes without saying. If not for greedy CEOs, there would be no commercials. Our entertainment would be a constant livestream of MMT proponents crushing all comers in debates.
You had me at “comers”.
So, urination and bowel movements originated with early humans and then spread to pretty much the whole animal kingdom?
Apparently late stage capitalism has even negatively affected our animal brothers. The greed knows no bounds.
At least capitalism gets to “late stage” (whatever that term means). Communism has never made it out of infancy.
This is all obvious to anyone with eyes…but how did humans get rid of waste prior to the developments of urination/defecation? Was the digestive system so efficient that it used (almost) everything that was ingested(I’m seeing what looks like a piss about every other day and a shit about every fifth day)?
@castoli711, please respond. Let us know that you are still alive, and explain Mosler’s (supposedly) dominant performance in the debate.
Sorry for the delay. I had a bad day of trading Thursday and spent most of Friday trying to make up for the losses. I’m sure that makes you glad. You’ll be sad to know that Friday I made up for the losses. Me(manual trading) and my auto-traded account.
In regards to the debate, Murphy argued the entire time from a fixed-currency POV(which we haven’t had in decades)while Mosler argued from a free-floating exchange rate(fiat currency)
At 31:09 Mosler made a succinct point when he says the federal government needs to spend first before it can collect. And we get no rebuttal from Murphy.
Around 34:00 Murphy says he doesn’t think that the federal government monopolizing money creation is a good system. Big deal, he doesn’t think so.
The governments red ink is the non-governments black ink.
You mean unlike other schools or the Heritage Foundation?
I may not but MMT scholars do.
But not done in real time where the author has to defend his points in front of an audience.
And this? Probably all made up.

Or maybe they could take a page out of Amazon’s playbook and have employees pissing in bottles and shitting in bags. Gotta make that cheddar!
And consumers can choose not to eat. Is that really a choice?
Man, imagine a world where every other commercial wasn’t a pharma co. trying to sell their garbage for profit.
This doesn’t mean shit - it’s not an election or trying to win votes.“real time“ is pointless. How many times have you made a decision/point in real time and been wrong (we won’t even count this disaster of a thread)?
Get published in a peer reviewed journal. Take the time and make the thoughts ideas actually mean something. I will reiterate - Trump won debates by being an asshole, not providing real points.
The article addresses that prices went up. So did. costs otherwise we would have seen a percentage increase in revenue comparable to the inflationary price increase. But again you don’t understand math so I am not surprised. CEOs will brag about anything they can to look good on an earnings call. It’s quite literally a PR meeting. Notice how they made no mention of cost increases? Because that makes the company look weaker. Not something you say to people putting money in your company. Or maybe they did address cost but the author of those inflammatory tweets wanted to elicit a certain emotional response so she conveniently left that part out. The article also specifically cited N95 masks which rose in price to the government buying a crap ton of them - this follows the MMT guideline of the gov pumping money into industries to control inflation - but it didn’t turn out that way did it? Inflation went rampant on N95 masks just like everything else because you can’t just pump money into the economy without consequences.
He was silent because this is ridiculous. It’s like saying you need to wipe before you shit.
Had this been shown in court or proven? I haven’t followed amazons woes but I also know much of their warehousing is contracted to third party companies so Amazon has no control over those companies’ employees.
For someone who hates capitalism you sure found a way to make yourself feel comfortable earning all your money off it. Your ability to earn a living is a direct consequence of capitalism and allows you to earn something for doing nothing. No one likes a hypocrite.
Or just don’t sit on your ass consuming media with ads.
Coincidentally being more active will make it less likely that one will need stuff produced by big Pharma.
How much do you weigh?
He stated before 165lbs but I am guessing that many in his family are obese and refuse to take responsibility for their shit.
Also I am not sure I believe that. Pics would prove it.
