And that profit margin, gross…
Comrade, any level of profit is gross and a symptom of capitalism. You should work yourself to the bone for the greater good while Castoli trades currencies.
It’s literally exploitation and if you disagree it’s off to the gulag for you.
Now, if you’ll excuse me, I have to take a break from my awful corporate jobs that I slave away at to make my CEO even richer, to walk down to my basement gym (much of which they’ve paid for) and workout before returning to all this this awful work for the man.
Yeah it is so terrible that I can work from wherever I want while also having a lavish corner office in a brand-new building that also comes with its own private bathroom.
employer/employee relationship… not too far away. But me, I’ve escaped that bullshit. You have not!
Should a CEO be able to send their kids to college no problem while the rest of the workers struggle? Should the CEO have various vacation houses while their workforce struggles? Why should it be that way where 1 person lives lavishly and the workforce struggles?
How does changing CEO pay say to the average salary solve that problem? It’s clear you don’t understand the math presented. All you’ve said is that the “haves” have too much. Yeah, maybe they do. Nothing you have ever suggested alleviates this problem.
If you bring more value to a company or have a higher responsibility you should get paid more. It’s why the guy operates the robot that welds the car frame together doesn’t make as much as the engineer. The engineer has to make sure the structure won’t buckle randomly and kill people. Bringing everyone to the lowest common denominator is just plain stupid because the common denominator really damn low.
Look at any industrial product that came out of the USSR during the cold war - pretty much all objectively garbage quality.
I want the CEO of my company to be incentivized to make the company as strong as possible because that means the overall raise pool the next year will be larger - meaning my pay goes up by as much as possible without having to change jobs (which isn’t very hard, but I am comfortable).
It’s really only bullshit if you or your boss are an incompetent asshole. We all know who the problem is in your case.
lmao, shut up.
*absolutely nothing of worth to say so you write something dumb. Never change, Zep.
**I can’t get over how hilarious this is. I just lifted then sat in my home sauna. You’re right, this is definitely slavery (I say on a message board that only exists because of capitalism).
Should a CEO be able to send their kids to college no problem while the rest of the workers struggle?
It’s definitely the fault of CEO pay that the cost of tuition has skyrockets.
Should the CEO have various vacation houses while their workforce struggles?
It is definitely the fault of CEO pay that houses are expensive.
Why should it be that way where 1 person lives lavishly and the workforce struggles?
For sure, fuck the bourgeois.
You’re such a clown.
How does changing CEO pay say to the average salary solve that problem?
The same way we can just print money, magic.
Maybe instead of focusing on the $14 extra dollars workers could get if we send the bourgeois to the Gulag, we could just, idk, not take 20% of their income in the form of income & payroll taxes.
You know, the single greatest expense nearly every worker has every single year. Wild concept, I know.
Imagine for one second comparing voluntary work to slavery and expecting anyone to take you seriously ever again.
employer/employee relationship… not too far away. But me, I’ve escaped that bullshit. You have not!
Not too far away?
I am paid handsomely for my work. That is pretty far away from a slave.
But me, I’ve escaped that bullshit.
Escaped what exactly? A good life? Kids? Wife? Money?
Should a CEO be able to send their kids to college no problem while the rest of the workers struggle? Should the CEO have various vacation houses while their workforce struggles? Why should it be that way where 1 person lives lavishly and the workforce struggles?
Why should people who play professional sports have this?
Why should I have this?
Why should anyone who does well and starts a business have this?
I know traders of stocks / currencies that have this. Is that wrong too?
I want the CEO of my company to be incentivized to make the company as strong as possible because that means the overall raise pool the next year will be larger - meaning my pay goes up by as much as possible without having to change jobs (which isn’t very hard, but I am comfortable).
He probably doesn’t want to know legal counsels fees or pay then either.
Imagine for one second comparing voluntary work
How voluntary is it when your “healthcare” and ability to eat are tied to it?
So then, why are the majority of tax cuts going to the top?
Another ignorant post by someone who follows people who’ve been wrong for decades.
And you’ve escaped? No. But someone on this forum that you constantly disparage has.
