Just because I see something is better than the typical work arrangement and vocalize it but do not partake in it does not negate it. I, personally, have found something different that works for me. I’ve escaped the typical employer, employee work trap. Worker co-ops also do this. They are much more democratic than the typical work structure.
It is just a personal highlight to show what a garbage system we have here. It shows the superiority of worker co-ops and what I’ve managed to do.
Working for yourself is better than a worker co-op but a worker co-op is better than working for you.
