Yeah I want to get my free T 20+ and I think the best way to get there is 800 - 1100.
Yeah I’m not sure how I’ll respond, I’ve had low T my whole life. I was able to do 0 pushups at age 13. But I believe I’ll know when I’m at that level.
Yeah I called Defy today and got the ball rolling with in case I want to switch. It’s significantly cheaper to go with my endocrinologist and so far, although there’s been pushback, its good.
Clomiphene worked-- I obviously felt better but not at a place I need to be. Clomiphene helped me play sports-- I became a great baseball player. But still just get so tired so easily (and its not conditioning, I worked out a lot). Also didn’t get muscle mass increase. Basically if I go to the gym, I’m not getting gains unless its legs.
This new endo is from a few months ago. I switched insurances last year so was unable to see my last one who prescribed me clomid. Didn’t want to do TRT with him at the time because I was 24 / 25 and wanted to try other methods first. Now that clomid helped, but wasn’t the total help I want, I’m ready to try TRT at 28.
If I had been dealing with low t for this many years I’d spend the money. Defy is dirt cheap compared to other providers that you pay annually. 300$ To 500$ for a consult day 1 is nothing.
How much is your health worth. If you don’t get fixed how well are you going to work without energy focus or sleep.
How’s the family going to cope if one continues down the path of trying to get fixed. When’s it enough. 1 more year?
For me I wanted to be fixed now not next year and it worked well when I found a good doc.
TRT is a series of small adjustments. Yes it sucks and is frustrating feeling like shit all the time but it’s the long game you should be looking at and not the quick fix.
I absolutely understand why tests and adjustments are made at 6 weeks. It’s because you need 6 weeks to accustom to protocol for it to have effects. Below 6 weeks may not yield the effect at which 6 weeks will— one that could potentially last ongoing. By using a 6 week cycle, you can ensure your levels are reflective of body reactivity. You need a reset enackers.
Because of overlapping half-life it takes that long for the ester to build up to a stable serum level. It is not so much about you adjusting to it, as about it building up in your system.
Your numbers look pretty good. How are you feeling though? Keep the arimidex in a drawer for a rainy day, I wouldn’t touch it personally. If you want to bring your E2 down I would slightly lower your dose as you have higher test numbers and have room to manipulate there.
Your on TRT so FSH and LH are supposed to be low as you are introducing exogenous test which shuts your natural system down. It is pretty pointless to test now that your on TRT. Your E is only slightly high that is why I asked how you felt. If your feeling good, no high E symptoms, just ride it. If you feel like it needs to come down lower your test injection a little. You are higher on T and actually above range on free T so you have room to move that way. Much better to lower E that way if you can then introducing a drug to do it.
