Men Going Their Own Way

If this is an inversion of 1 in 6 women being raped by men, then wow. The number of rape victims is massively less than 1 in 6. If in fact that is what you were referring to. That is one of the most insane statistics I have ever read, and if you believe that, I am doubtful you will even be intelligent enough to carry on a conversation with me.
ScholesGoals wrote:

No, and neither do women lol. Please educate yourself on the “pay gap”. It is not real.
ScholesGoals wrote:

It’s not 1920. This doesn’t matter. Unless you want to start giving black people special privileges for their delayed rights. Or hell, just give all Protestants special privileges for their delayed rights and just fuck white Catholic men only.
ScholesGoals wrote:

Female on male spousal abuse is actually, statistically quite a large portion of domestic abuse in the US. I don’t have the number in front of me, but I believe it was nearly half. And in addition to that, female on male abuse is grossly under reported due to the societal stigma associated with a male being abused by a woman.
ScholesGoals wrote:
Ah abortion. That took me a second. “Men” aren’t against abortion. Republicans are against abortion, and then again only some of them. That includes men and women. I don’t really give a shit about this point though.

Anyway, like I said earlier, I don’t have a dog in this fight, since I don’t identify with these folks and I haven’t read any of their stuff. BUT. Your argument was just too horrible not to tear down lol. Like a low hanging fruit, I just had to go for it.
You are a better man than I am.

Or at least your BS tolerance exceeds mine significantly.

Also, penis!?!

And patriarchy.

Of course all governemnt and domestic abuse groups statistics are lies. 1 in 6 women are not raped!

men don’t rape, attempt to rape or sexually assault women in those high numbers because if we accept that we might have to accept women are fucked over in society and men are not the persecuted victims MRA types whine about.

Seriously get a fucking clue.

Every generation before us has claimed that racism and sexism were no longer an issue, in polls in the 1960’s men were claiming racism was over and patriarchy was over.

In 30 years do you think people will look back and say racism and patriarchy was indeed over or do you think they will think your stance is as silly as those who claimed they were over in the 60’s?
ScholesGoals wrote:

Actually, more men are assaulted by women than women are assaulted by men.

Women tend to use weapons more often, 70% of all women that are injured in a domestic disputes started the fight, the most dangerous person for a small child IS HIS OR HER OWN MOTHER…

Seems to me, the best thing you could do to stop domestic violence is to slap a bitch before she gets uppity…

Or alternatively, leave that violence prone ho before you might have to slap a bitch…

That’s a great rebuttal. I would add, when did Men get the right to vote? I’m talking about universal white male sufferage in the USA? Then universal male sufferage regardless of race?

Hint: only a few generations before women, a drop in the bucket of the history of civilization.

1 in 6 women raped? Where did you get this?

A few generations?

Try half a generation.

You are trying to be so alpha but you are just a try hard, real manliness is not derived from making women a scapegoat for all your problems.

You skipped over my posts in a meatheaded way, you said a large chunk of domestic abuse is by women on men, which is so blindinly stupid and easily shown false in all government and domestic abuse group statistics it is like saying the holocaust never happened. It is just a staggeringly dumb statement.

Then you said the 1 in 6 number is not true. What a surprise, more denial and revisionist history, funny the only sites dedicated in trying to dismiss the 1 in 6 stat are MRA groups, white nationalist groups and religious right groups.

Data on the prevalence of rape vary greatly depending on what definition of rape is used. According to the National Violence Against Women Survey, 1 in 6 U.S. women and 1 in 33 U.S. men has experienced an attempted or completed rape in their lifetime.[237] A 2007 study by the National Institute of Justice found that 19.0% of college women and 6.1% of college men experienced rape or attempted rape since entering college.[238] However, some have criticized these statistics for using definitions of rape that they consider to be overly broad, specifically for counting sex under the influence of alcohol as rape.[239][240] According to the psychologist Steven Pinker.

So even if you want to say sex with a woman who consents while twatted on alcohol is not rape, which might lower it a little bit, the stats are still huge and extremely problematic. The vast majority of rapists being men and the vast majority of rape victims being women.

Damn those lying broads. Cultural marxism, feminazism etc etc etc.

Yeah.

Any hard data?

Us “alphas” like what we call “facts”.

Thats like “not your feelings” but “quantifiable data”.

Its all very penis and patriarchy, I know, but its like all measurable and penis and stuff.

Therefore, penis?

For you to believe it you would have to have seen all the rapes, you are that guy. Show me statistics, now prove them, how do i know those government backed statistics are right? These ones I found on wehatewomenthefilthycunts.net claims most women have never been raped and more women rape men than men rape women.

Where as you have legit hard proof for your claim a large chunk of domestic abuse is woman on man.

The logical conclusion to a sad lonely man who buys into the MRA garbage:

Imagine a kid who got a cone with three scoops of ice cream in it. Good flavors, too. Like peanut-butter chocolate, plus a scoop of cookie dough. In a waffle cone. And then this child whines about the lack of chocolate sprinkles on top.

Welcome to the mens rights movement.

With all that horsehit, one would expect apony to be around somewhere…

Ja.

Time to lawyer up and sue that filthy rapist.

Because patriarchy… and penis.

That’s funny that you should take that position given that you have openly stated that you wish for FAIRNESS between the sexes. Have you changed your mind?

This movement is about one thing: FAIRNESS. Just as women point out statistics on the percentage of women CEOs and the “glass ceiling” and wage gaps, and want FAIRNESS, men point out the statistics. How many of them end up with their kids in a divorce? How many of them are left with $20 in their pocket after alimony and child support come out of their paycheck? How many of them are falsly accused of “rape” because they were BOTH drunk at a party, but she had remorse the day after (nevermind she was dancing on the table in front of him)?

That’s not bitching and complaining about “NOTHING”. It’s also something that we can’t just “opt out” of if you are already married and your wife makes it clear that she WILL NOT get a job or fuck you, and that if you have a problem with that, she’ll take you to the cleaners and ruin you. Those are REAL consequences that men face that are completely UNJUST.

While many men choose to “opt out”, there are also many men who WANT a family. There are many men who WANT risk it all, fall in love and get married. But if SHE CHEATS, why should HE have to PAY?!

That’s not “jumping through hoops”… That’s an entire segment of the population using the LAW to extort money from the other half of the population based on the “assumption” that they, AS A CLASS, are nothing but victims…

Are you a victim? NO? Then why would you want to AUTOMATICALLY be treated like one?

You know what AC, you make some good points here. I’ve known guys who have been financially devistated as a result of their wives’ deciding to cheat/leave. That has always struck me as deeply unjust. Sober reconsideration of the laws around divorce/custody may well be very much in order.

That said, the small amount of material that I read in the link in the OP just struck me as way to shrill to seem like a credible appeal for social/legal reform. Also, IMO, any philosophy that can be summed up in the word “NO” (from the about page) leaves a little to be desired.
