Meltdown Training Substitute Exercise

I was just wondering if there is something I can substitute for the Decline Reverse Crunches. Whenever I raise my legs I get an unbelievable pain in my lower back. Any help is appreciated.

If you’re getting a pain you should first make sure that you are performing the movement correctly as it shouldn’t cause a lot of pain.

You might perform the same movement only done on a swiss ball, this typically helps most.

Concentrate on using only your core and lower abs to pull your legs in order to reduce the pain.

If not simply stick any lower ab movement in, see King’s Twelve Week ab programs or any of a number of probably a hundred ab articles on this site, just pick one.
