People who grew up in a family that owned a meat market… ;)
Hell my family has 20 head of beefmaster and I get 300lbs of grassfed beef every 6 months. Its so good I have been tempted to eat raw.
Oh, don’t get me wrong, I like a bloody rare steak, but I’m burnin’ all that shit off the surface first!
I live in Texas so we dont have snow.

BUT I bought a duel Gas/Charcoal grill. Sunday I spend grilling steaks for the week. I got tired of doing it on the broiler pan and scrubbing that shit off. Now just once a week I clean the grill and cook for the week. I just dont have an answer for you.

This is the new grill I have sitting on the porch… Waiting for thaw to put it together… Just need to survive the winter with alternate meat cooking devices…
