Here is a new study that suggest 3 meals per day over 6 meals. Personally i cant imagine eating only 3 meals a day. What do you guys think?
The 6 meals/day group would have an increased metabolism, so therefore, wouldn’t they need more calories in order to match the 3 meals/day group in LBM gains?
increased metabolism probably had something significant to do with it. Also, it implied in there that the 6 meal frequency had a tendency to gain LESS fat mass during (even though they said there were no “significant differences”).
