The treatments that would have given Jobs a 42-55% chance had he actually used real doctors at first.
If a tumor is localized and can be removed, the 5-year survival rate is about 55%. If a tumor cannot be removed, the 5-year survival rate is about 15%. From the article itself. And the article doesn’t discuss quality of life in those 5 years. So those “real doctors” aren’t very successful. And you think this is good.
Go smoke another joint sellout. Nobody is buying your “alternative medicine is great, normal medicine is evil” schtick.
More and more people are choosing the alternative route as they have seen and opened their eyes to the profits over health attitude of Big Pharma. It is your synthetic drug dogma they are no longer buying, sellout! More like brainwashed ignoramous. When Medicare-for-All comes to pass, hopefully it will encompass alternative therapies and Big Pharma will loose a lot of their business and political power. This way treatments they can’t patent or compete with will be available in the U.S. without regard to their profits. Then the public will have a choice.

I agree that alternative treatment and lifestyle/diet changes are more effective than chemo/radiation. On the flip side I don’t argue about it, everyone has to make their own way.

Glioblastoma is a death sentence. No witch doctor can do a damn thing about it.
It’s also extremely aggressive and even if removed and treated, it can grow back quickly. My only fear is that it can be affecting his judgement and he not even notice, he can even sound down right reasonable and we not have noticed that the lights have gone out in his cognition.
Sorry, weed won’t cure this cancer. Nor will incantations, Chinese tea, bile extract from bear, eye of newt, spider hair or rabit’s ear wax will do anything for him.

No western doctor can do a damn thing either. The ketogenic diet has been successful in the management of this type of cancer but unless McCain searches for it he will never know of it’s existence because Phrama can’t figure out a way to profit from it, it is not promoted and is often ridiculed by those who have a vested interest in keeping the status quo.
