i guess all the gear finally kicked in and he has not felt the need to leave the gym lol
Speaking as someone who keeps a log as well and didn’t update mine for 12 days…um… yeah I know why he maybe isn’t updating it but also I know how much some rely on the updates to monitor progress and for planning their own cycles and whatnot
Its not that… i was just thinking he hadnt been around for ages - but if its only 12 days, it is no biggie…

I was 12 days away from mine JJ. M last posted here 6/28 and its now 7/22 that’s like 25 days.
