Massive Eating, What's more important?

On the massive eating, insulin manipulation diet, besides Surge what are the best supplement choices… EPA/DHA, ALA, Androsol, Tribex 500, etc? I am trying to get everyone’s opinion about what they think they can gain the most muscle on with this diet (including synergies) per dollar spent.

Id have to say the fish oils, tribex and androsol in that order. I put the tribex before androsol because for me appetite is sometimes the limiting factor and tribex makes me incredibly hungry which is obviously great for bulking.

Androsol would be the best on your list by far although Creatine would have to be the best bang for buck supplement there is by a long shot. The effect on workouts is profound and can accelerate gains if nutrition is right - imagine the effect over a few weeks of an extra 1-3 reps per exercise … I see it as getting a level of stimulation that I would otherwise have to wait week to get through increased strength. No gyno, no hair loss, its more or less food (well, you would get the same from beef if you ate enough). If you are lifting and havent tried it, its time.

I most supplements per se, with good results sometimes. Everything I have read about the massive eating diet raves about the importance of ALA and EPA/DHA, that adds another $ 50 a month. Do these put your body (insulin) in position to make larger incremental gains than any popular strength enhancing supplement?

I like Androsol for the price I put on about 6 lbs. there’s nothing else that I have used where I can get those kinds of gains…and maintain them after use.

Hey Trick Nick, fish oils should not run $50 a month if you look for the best buy. Member’s Mark brand at Sam’s Club, which John said were good, are only $6.99 for 300 caps. To get the 6g DHA/EPA you would need 20 caps a day and thus 2 jars a month, so that is only $14 a month. Not too pricey.

Okay, given that I get Sam’s Fish Oil, I still have to buy ALA which runs about $ 25 for a month so that’s about $ 40.
