Massive Eating Long Term

In the past I have used Massive Eating for a few weeks at a time for some great gains although I havent adhered to its principles since then out of instinct. After thinking about it recently, it occured to me that as carbs are usually vitamin rich whereas meat has no vitamins, and as carbs are never combined with fat in Massive Eating, there is a risk that the diet short changes you on fat soluble vitamins. Some vitamin pills with protein/carb meals might go some way to addressing this, but in terms of overall health it may be that the massive eating meal combos are not the best or most common sense long term health choice.

Eat liver (protein+fat+vitamins).
