Well its winter time here, so it’s time to bulk up once again. Last winter I had great success with eating my ass off, and had no problem losing the excess fat when summer came. Anyways, I’m looking at the Massive Eating program this time (which is real similar to what I did last time). I’m going on the carb-based version. I don’t know how I did this last time, because after a few days of eating I feel sick of chewing! Now I remember the torture of last year in a very real way. Does anyone have idea of foods to eat that are easy going down the throat? Yet still low glycemic? Thanks…
