I can honestly say you should avoid this if at all possible. I do it to save time but trying to wolf down a reheated 5 egg omelette is not fun and if it wasn’t a necessity I wouldn’t be doing it.

Just buy and eat fresh. Much tastier.

Oh and are you really considering eating 5 pickled eggs a day. Come on
Thanks for the reply. Just because you get hung up on what tastes doesn’t mean I do. Most would agree fresh is better. There are other goals at play here for me than what tastes good. Ive learned with job, house, kids, life that you better get real creative if you want to keep doing this for 10+ years like I have!
Do what works man, if you don’t care how they taste I say eat them reheated.

As far as bulk meals of them, I always had the best results mixing them with fat, like oil or cheese, not sure if that fits the bill for your diet though.

freezing them before cooking would be a bad idea. they break down a lot, and also crack through the shell if you havent tried. cook then freeze if you need to store 8 dozen.

I also like making those “quiche” type things. mix up a big batch of eggs and whatever your diet allows (milk, cream, cheese, bacon, cooked pork or poultry), bake in muffin tins and store those afterwards

raw eggs don’t need to be refrigerated

and they’ll last a long time
