Transfers over 100k will have to be reported… Plus you will still have control over the account. So you’ll have to file the 926 with the IRS and the FBAR with the Treasury Dep’t.
Your best bet? try to settle without pissing away money on too much legal fees, and be happy you leave with your balls and the dog.
