Martin Rooney's Warrior Cardio

So I just received the book a few days ago and I’ve been reading through it. Have any of you all had great success with some of routines he advises? I’m trying to decide how to make a plan from the book, but there are so many differing variations involved. His section on nutrition is very straightforward, im more concerned with the routine set up.
