Hi, for Christmas I got Poliquins book “Manly weight loss”. I was reading it and I saw something that I’ve never seen before. He wrote in some of his diets to take 2 Tbls Knox gelatin after workouts, and some diets before bed and some with snacks. Does any body know what knox gelatin is and why would you take it . Also in his diets he has you drinking pineapple juice a lot and eating caned pineapples, is there any reason to this.

The gelatin is good for your joints. It’s the same thing as taking a glucosamine supplement.
The pineapple juice is to make your spoo taste better, I think.
Canned pineapples for me = GREAT digestion.
I’ve no comment on if it makes “spoo” tastes better or not. : )
