Maybe the prosecutor can appeal the sentence. He should…seems like the judge didn’t follow any sort of sentencing guidelines.
All kinds of people get sent to prison. What about old guys or those that have a physical handicap?
Don’t do the the crime if you can’t do the time.

I can’t really say that i undertand the sentence. They usually keep all sexual crimes victims away from other inmates especially those that have done things to kids. It doesn’t really matter how big you are, if you go into a prison where alot of people want to kill you, which is almost always the case for child molesting, you aren’t going to survive. This guy should have to do the same sentence as everyone else.
If he’s too short for prison, then just send him to juvenile prison.
