Mag-10 and Strongman training-Attn: Chris Shugart

Hey Chris thanks for answering my last question heres another one for you-going to use Mag-10 right away but as I’m training for a strongman show I don’t train(in the weight room everyday) will work out all 14 days-and some days double sessions but on “event days” I go out lift heavy stones/farmerwalks/sled pulls/throw weighted kegs/throw cabers-would this be sufficient stimulus for the Mag-10., believe me after a day of keg tosses/56 lb weight tosses/caber tosses-my body is pumped and sore think this would work??

Sounds like resistance training to me despite the odd implements. I’m sure it will work just fine.
