You seem to have a degree of primary and secondary hypogonadism.
Prolactin can be HPTA [see the stickies] repressive. So can Estradiol [E2] which has not been tested. Also test AST/ALT to see if liver is a factor.
Thyroid can affect all of your body’s systems if thyroid function is low. That can be from not using iodized salt and then you might feel cold easily and if longer term your outer eyebrows can be sparse. See last paragraph in this post.
Other health conditions and medications can also be factors.
Endo’s and urologists can be very disappointing. You need to understand what is in the stickies and be active in managing these aspects of your healthcare, passive typically does not work.

Thyroid hormone fT3 is what gets the job done and it regulates mitochondrial activity, the source of ATP which is the universal currency of cellular energy. This is part of the body’s temperature control loop. This can get messed up if you are iodine deficient. In many countries, you need to be using iodized salt. Other countries add iodine to dairy or bread.
