Low T, I Think It's Thyroid? Ksman (was on Clomid now t-cyp)

Watery ejaculate is that high or low estrogen?

I had barely any with E2 at 57. Now E2 at 40 things have changed.

So i managed to tank my e2 by using zinc picolinate and eating way to much brussel sprouts. Didn’t think that was possible. I took lab on Friday to make sure what am feeling is low e2.

I also drank bentonite clay a few times and a few days of charcoal pills but I don’t think it was this that lowered the e2 since those 2 substance are suppose to come right out of you without being digested. Right? @physioLojik

Anyway I will post labs in a few days. Btw I inject 50mg 2x a week. No ai no HCG.

Due for injection tomorrow afternoon but I am itching to do it now. I have constant facial flushing which I had at the very beginning when e2 was low.

Trying to solve the gastric/bloating issues? By any chance are you taking kelp? I was having diarrhea about 3-4 times a week (like water) and I gave up the kelp and it seems to have gone away completely.

Just found this:

Diarrhea

Treatment with kelp tablets may cause intestinal irritation or diarrhea in certain people. Frequent, loose bowel movements may be accompanied by abdominal cramping or bloating or loss of appetite. Diarrhea may also interfere with your body’s ability to absorb essential electrolytes, such as potassium and sodium, and may increase your risk of becoming dehydrated. If you experience chronic diarrhea or develop symptoms of dehydration, such as increased thirst, dry skin, headache or dizziness, consult your medical provider as soon as possible.

Never used kelp. I thought my bloating was caused by e2 but it’s more of food intolerance. It’s gas. Seems like with diary products. If I take charcoal it mostly goes away. Some suggested digestive enzymes that help break down carbs, fat and protein. I am trying to eat 1 thing than see how I react then hopefully eliminate that Food.

Also beano seems to help with veggies.

Zinc is extremely powerful. Much more so than people think. Also be careful with clay. That can actually end up obstructing your bowel.

On this constant e2 debate - why does literally no one in this forum ever test e1 (estrone) which acts as a reservoir for e2? I’ve seen labs with guys on arimidex when e2 is at 30 and e1 is over 150. E1 can cross right back to e2. The body is way smarter than people think. Also e2 has a half life of about three HOURS. so you guys are continually chasing a number that is completely misleading.

Sweet I’ll check e1 next time to. I love taking labs. Would u suggest stopping the extra zinc and continue sprouts a few days a week? Or stop sprouts ?
Btw my e2 sensitive was about 30-31 before my zinc and sprouts campaign.

I would stop zinc for sure.

Ok. I appreciate your response. I injected 24 hours early. So I will do again in 3.5 days. I’ll post labs from Friday when I get the results.
I feel OK just the flushing is annoying since this morning.

@physioLojik what do u think of the below numbers? Is that the proper ratio? I got those results 4/9 just on 2x50mg a week. Nothing else.

@physioLojik please check my question above when you have a moment. Thanks.

How do you feel? Your test could be a little higher. Can you remind me of your protocol?

100mg a week. Injected 2x a week

And you’ve stopped the zinc? Let’s reassess in a weeks time.

@physioLojik and who ever else is following my journey.

Protocol: actually i went up to 54 MG x 2 = 108 mg a week. I did that a few weeks ago. NO AI. Did 20mg zinc picolinate in addition to multi vitamin content.

To my surprise I did not crash my e2, confused. I had flushing and still do a bit in face and ears. Actually had a school meeting Monday and face red through out. night before I took the lab had soft erection. Now am good. Not sure if flushing was because i was recovering from when I crashed it about 4 weeks ago??
Do I continue the extra zinc? change protocol? go back down to 50x2? continue as is?

I feel pretty good except for the flushing.

How are you feeling overall? Any diff with the additional test? I recall hot flashes early on when my protocol was low (100 E14D) but never any flushing. Still taking Cialis? Vasodilators can cause flushing. Have you changed your dose with that?

I feel pretty good. My free t is the highest it’s ever been. Cialis same 3mg a day. I think I will continue with the little extra zinc and sprouts 2-3 times a day. We will retake labs in about a month including lipids this time and CMP.

If e2 goes higher I may go back down to 100 a week instead of 108. A minor change.

It’s wierd though when I just took the lab above I even had minor joint pain and clicking in knees thinking I was low e2.

I bet the flushing is due to the vasodilator. With the other changes you’ve made your body is probably trying to work through everything.

@physioLojik can you suggest the best supplement to take that lowers estrogen a bit and is good for overall health?
I rather just take 1 item. Thanks.

Grape seed
Reservatol
Tumeric
Zinc (in addition to my multi)

Zinc is great but not too much. I love curcumin for anti inflam effects and I get all the res I need from organic red wine ( my wife is an organic fanatic)
