I have a good friend whose TT came back at 79. He had been a mess for years. He said he felt like a god with his first shot.
His T receptors must have been super sensitive!

it looks like i get some bad bloating in my belly soon after the shots. it blows up. it lasts for days. any suggestions? would hcg help this or does it have nothing to do with it?

Sounds like high E2, only way to know for sure is labs. You will gain weight on TRT in the beginning, any other symptoms?
I guess it could be e2. But the highest I had e2 was 20.5 thatās while on clomid and t was at 500.
The injections, since an injecting every 6 days, can be spiking the e2 briefly.
I took a shot yesterday. Woke up this morning with boner, had sex and was all good. Still good now. I gained about 4-5 pounds while on clomid for 5 weeks started t injections right after and gained about another 4-5 in 2-3 weeks. It appears to be at least half muscle wait.
Also. It appears got more sensitivity on my penis.
Fat usually I would see around belly but the bloatness is not giving me a clear picture.

Today I have a heart rate of 90 during the day. Usually itās just under 80. My last injection was Jan 6 85 mg. Am injecting 85 every 6 days.
Is the heart rate related to trt?
Yes it is, every time I lower or increase my dose my heart rate increases especially earlier morning while sleeping, itās your body adapting. Why are you injecting 85mg every 6 days when your SHBG is 18? It wonāt work as you levels will be all over the place and youāll never reach any kind of balance.
Glad to hear. My shbg was 18 but went up to 27 after clomid before shots. So am doing every 6 days. Blood test in about 3 weeks. Then I will make adjustments to protocol. I do expect to go 2x a week. Am thinking of taking blood 5 days after injection or the 6th day before injection.
@anon10035199 I took my BP right after I saw your message. It was 131/79 Actually the indicator for irregular heart beat came up. I took again it was 125/81. Blood labs will take next week. From what i remember rbc, etc was all fine before injection. I have no labs after injections.
So now you need to check your BP when you are having the āpoundingā issue.
OK . So i took my bloods today. In addition to all the labs, I wrote in some more labs 
iron, ferritin, pregnenolone, DHEA-S. I will update the lab chart when i get the results. Will take 5 bus days. A couple of test take time (like the vit D).
Super excited to see if i will/need to make changes in my protocol, which is currently 85mg E6D. I actually had night and morning boners for the last 6-7 consecutive days. Sex w/o viagra. I feel pretty good. I do get very mild hot flashes on days 4 and 5 right before injection. I started 12/18 with injections.
I did have a few days last week with heart pounding with no blood pressure increase. I wonder if that was what you are suppose to feel after 4 weeks of starting.
ANyway I will update with labs shortly and am hoping for feedback. Dr appt next Tues.

Edit/: I am particularly concerned with my thyroid #s. Last free t4 and T3 came in low normal with TSH above 2.00. I think my thyroid is not stable. There are days my temp gets to 98.6 other just 98.0. Mornings are bet 96.9 and 97.2
Hot flashes were big with me before I started TRT. Especially in the morning. I would wake at 98.4 and within an hour I was at 99.4 and then it would drop again. After TRT started they became infrequent. Then suddenly, with E7D protocol, I would get them again in the mornings on day 6 and 7 and sometimes on day 5 before my dose was upped from 50mg to 100mg. Ive since been upped again to 125mg a week but I inject E3.5D and I havent had a hot flash since.
I took a shot 1/30. Now today my hands are freezing and temp at 97.5 at 1 pm. My temp fluctuates some days get to 98.5 some like today. Do you think itās thyroid or my T fluctuations since I inject e6d?
Whenever I lower T dosage I get super cold for abouts two weeks, then after that I start warming up again.
Do you think thats just a physical change or on the ācoldā days would we see blood labs for thyroid be affected? AM asking because i took labs 2 days ago when i did not feel cold.

The body naturally reacts and attempts to acclimate itself to cold, so if your body temps are cold in cold weather then your temperature control loop is weak and you will be cold.

I really think i should try T4 medication. Please see chart for thyroid # trends. @KSman please comment on my thyroid #s and whatever else you want. (BTW its not iodine deficient, did Iodine replacement a couple months ago ) and always use iodide salt.
I also would like suggestions on protocol change. I do think I need more stability As my temps fluctuates, a couple days a week I have ED, minor hot flashes.

No fT3 or rT3 tested, if either of these is out of range youāre hypothyroid. fT3 is the active thyroid hormone, it is what FT is to testosterone so why not test free thyroid hormones?
85mg of T injected every 6 days makes no sense, of course you must already know that.
Pleaserecheck . Free t3 was 3.2
