You have woefully insufficient cortisol production.
Your total test is low.
You need to see a qualified HRT doctor and not mess around with naturopaths, etc. You likely need to be on a physiological dose of hydrocortisone or pregnenolone, thyroid medication, and testosterone. If you don’t do these things, you will continue to feel like total shit. PM me for some recommendations about doctors depending on where you live.

Yeah, don’t mess with trying to figure out what the root cause is. Just medicate with HRT. That makes total sense for a 27 year old. (sarcasm) facepalm
In all seriousness, I read in James Wilson’s “Adrenal Fatigue” book that using synthetic cortisol tends to produce great results short-term, but can result in the body nearly completely shutting down production of cortisol long-term. Thus, he recommends using the adrenal glandular as I am using.
Eic, since you are advocating using synthetic cortisol and testosterone, can you point me to why this is a good idea?
However, I’ve heard a lot about cortisol, but my doctor has not said much about testosterone aside from the fact that she says that total testosterone is normal but free testosterone is low. I hope that by chiming in here, I can get more information about testosterone.
