The only thing I see wrong in your bloods is your T dose was too high causing the HCT issues and you were taking way to much AI.
Because your SHGB is 52 (that is kind of high) I would try 100mg/wk I would take the shot once a week which might get your shgb down. No AI no HCG unless you balls start to ache then at a low dose hcg.
Best of luck to you. I hope my advice helps. Wait 5 weeks and do a mini blood test.
Reason for stopping full protocol was the HCT level. And to be honest this freaks me out more than anything. Even with my current HCT at 49% with no T Cyp is accounted for, wonāt reintroducing a standard protocol bring HCT% out of range again and fast? This gets my anxiety really rolling.
A lower dose might help you avoid that problem altogether. That is one of the reasons that I think guys should start low and work their way up on the dose slowly. There are opinions to the contrary, but I really think itās smarter to start with a low dose and gauge your bodyās reaction before jumping in with both feet. Less is more.
That is a major over kill man. 49% is nothing. It is fine and if you can hold that 49 you will supply your muscles with more O2. No need to have an issue until you hit 52% and then you just go donate a pint of blood. The trick is to fine the T lvl where you only have to donate twice a year. Need to donate more than that and you are taking too much T. Bottomline it is that simple.
Your HCT level isnāt considered offically high until 54%, some doctors prefer to lower the limit to 52%.
So on sub 80mg per week HCT was 52% on one test and ironically another lab drawn at the same time was 54%. Looking back on a few older labs pre TRT HCT was 48%, so I assume if 52-54 is my norm on TRT a donation every quarter should drop to 48-49?
Iāve tested CBC labs twice in one week and was able to see HCT fluctuate plus or minus 3%, the target is always moving and changing.
Are you over 60 years old and or do you live above 5000ft above sealevel? I am both(66 and 8000ft) and have to watch my HCT like a hawk. Age and alititude both increase ones ability to make red blood cells like they are going out of style when on a somewhat high TRT dose.
I hope 80mg/wk in time will no cause your HCT issues. If you find you have to donate blood more than 2 times a year you should add ferritin to your blood test. Donāt let it crash.
