Lmao I literally spit out my post workout meal (which is about half of his full day of carbs ) while reading what he eats😂

Lmfao, exactly. I honestly don’t eat as much as I should, but by 11am, I have eaten what he eats in an entire day.

Whats your height and weight? Just curious what calories you cut on? (totally unrelated to the thread I know, but this thread went south a long time ago).

I really hope he’s never tried to cut

Edit - thought u were talking to OP about cutting

I’m 5’10 and 190 currently. I don’t necessarily cut hard core as I don’t compete. If I want to drop a little fat, I just tweak my workout or add some cardio.

I maintain around 3700 calories though. If I wanted to cut through diet, I’d go around 3200-3400. Maybe more depending how quickly I wanted to cut and if I was willing to risk losing more muscle.

Damn- When I was younger I was so worried about getting enough calories to grow I would take whatever kind of lazy shortcuts available. Drink weight gainers, ate a ton and had a hard time bulking. Now I can bulk pretty easily but I struggle cutting at 2500, and I am 5’10 250ish. I am pretty old though. LOL

You’re a BEAST! Sounds like your metabolism has slowed down a good bit. Life style / job changes? How old are you? I’m still praying my metabolism slows down. I’m tired of having to eat 4,000+ calories just to try and gain any weight. I can get up to 210 but once I come off cycle and PCT, I drop back into the 190s. Even if I keep my calories at 4,000+, my body composition just starts to change.

Lol. I am 48. I was a Deputy Sheriff, and I jacked my back in a fight, eventually had surgery (T spine) with a year recovery. I seem to be a perma bulker now. Now I investigate elder abuse and half of that is sedentary (half in the field). I would love to eat 4,000 calories a day! Thats a blessing.

That’ll do it! Age + the less active job + injury.

I suppose we all want what we don’t have. I do love being able to eat an entire large pizza and it not affecting my composition. However, I hate how expensive and time consuming it is to eat every 3 hours and eat as much as I do when trying to keep the food primarily clean.

I’d LOVE to be even a fraction of your size. Do you mind me asking if you are on TRT?

Thank you for your service as a Sheriff!

Thank you sir. I started TRT in November. I think I am noticing a bit of recomp from it, but I need to just cut down to 210 or so and reevaluate. My entire interest in pharma came from a desire to cut, I am big enough at my age, with my back.

You’re a big dude, and to be gushing over @willybrokeback has me very interested in his physique! Have a missed a picture he posted?

My physique has little to be desired currently. There is a bit too much fat on there. I am like a weak power-lifter. lol

I haven’t seen a photo, I just mean purely weight wise haha! I’d love a slower metabolism and more weight!

Not sure if I’m meant to thank those for the kind words, nor do I wish to come across as immature (although socially I am) @dextermorgan @blshaw @zeek1414 … but thank you, very rarely do I have people stand up for me the way you guys just did, and we don’t even know one another in person… so I highly appreciate it

@johnhadbeentaken the problem regarding tren and whatnot is the sheer level of risk involved. You’ve decided to take the (preferable) conservative route, but the truth is you don’t need it at all… I don’t think you have heart problems per se (though I don’t know, get checked for undiagnosed defects/whatnot) but like me you may be sensitive to the sides of AAS regarding the induction of autonomic dysfunction, if this is the case tren will probably be somewhat of a nightmare for you. Furthermore

Sure, this is certainly the case… but if you come off after using said “shortcut” without knowing how to properly diet or train… you’ll more than likely lose a good 80% of what you’ve gained, in which case you could’ve just done it naturally and elicited pretty much the same results

I’m not necessarily standing up for you as you are a man and can handle your own. What I’m doing is simply agreeing with your logic and statements because they are simply 100% correct. The same way I disagree with you sometimes because I feel you fear monger a bit but there no denying the info you give is correct 99% of the time I think it’s just the way you present it the context online comes across as your gonna die if you do x,y,z…

We talk off the forum your a smart guy with tons of knowledge sometimes tho the way things Comme across on paper don’t translate into real life experience and when I see something I disagree with il comment and when I see something I do agree il comment as well.

Unfortunately the members I see you conversing with on this particular thread appear either very ignorant or in a position where the last thing they should be doing is using AAS

Fair enough, I appreciate the constructive criticism and will cater my posts to be more realistic regarding some of the risks.

If you needed someone to stand up for you I would but you can hold your own just fine. People that don’t know your story won’t be able to understand the reason you present things as you do (basically as it appears in your head like you are cutting and pasting your thoughts directly). I don’t always agree with some of the things you say but I like reading them. It’s also great to have a medical specific question that even a doctor may not be able to just spout off the answer to and have it answered in full. Especially shit that gets deeper than common knowledge. You’re young as fuck and gifted. With time and practice you’ll be even more polished in your presentation.
