Picked this idea up from an article recently on T-Nation. I train at 5:00 am and have tried the half-serving of Surge pre-workout, but it just sat on my gut too much.
I always like a cup of black coffee on my 10-min. drive to the gym but now I’m adding a half-scoop of either vanilla or chocolate Low-Carb Grow! to it and it tastes awesome…almost like creamer. It doesn’t sit on my gut like Surge did and it helps get me through the workout. Post-workout though, it’s 2 scoops of Surge…like religion.
