Low carb and ...matinence to bulking

Wazzzzup T men?..juust some questions on low carb diets since i have very very little experience with them. I’m trying the Anabolic Diet, i’m on a matinence of 2500 calories at 178-180 lbs of bodyweight.the trusty scale is broke where i weigh myself…plus i gotta get some new calipers but …it feels like i’m getting a bit fatter ? I hope my metabolism is not this slow, but have any of u guys had any experience with a high caloric intake while low carbing…does it work and will i be able to go back to eating moderate carbs without being a balloon? Thanks

You’ll always drop water/glycogen when adopting a low carb diet. When you get back on a regular diet, even one with only moderate carb, you always gain back some water/glycogen. So don’t panic. Rely on the mirror, not just the scale. Those numbers can be deceiving.
