I’m with sing on the taper. I’ve tried many different pcts. The taper works. And it’s not just about androgen receptors and testosterone. Cortisol and related steroids and their relevant receptors are all part of the picture.
Having said that, with short cycles as in under eight weeks I think the quick clear and eat the consequences is the best way to go but once you hit 12 weeks or over and esp for long cycles and heavy doses you are always much better off coming off gradually than just going cold turkey. My idea of the perfect pct has changed a lot recently. I no longer think Serms are the way to go, or if used at all the dose should be low. I’ll be testing my new theories in a few months time and I’m interested in how it’s going to turn out.

In regards to your taper, if you are going to use test E a ‘stasis’ period of 6 weeks is recommended by Prisoner, 4 weeks for shorter esters such as propionate.
In the stasis period you would remain at 100mg/wk in conjuction with your SERM therapy, then taper off another 4-5 weeks dropping the dose every week.
In the stasis period you would cease any AI and hCG usage.

13-17 100mg/week of test e
18 75mg of test e
19 50mg of test e
20 25mg of test e?

The stasis is used to let your body adjust to lower levels of androgens, what doesnt make sense about it?
Where has it been shown to be broscience? You are pulling random bullshit facts out of nowhere, the whole idea of the taper is ‘broscience’, but it works.
