Side effects are mostly dose dependent. Much more severe side effects are reported for treatment of Parkinson’s disease and (off-label treatment) for restless leg syndrome which both typically require very high doses. The side effects are considered mild when used for treatment of hyperprolactinemia and other endocrine disorders or gynecologic indications where the typical dose is 10-100 times smaller than for Parkinson’s disease.[citation needed]
“”"
“”" The lower doses required for treatment of hyperprolactinemia have been found to be not associated with clinically significant valvular heart disease or cardiac valve regurgitation.[14][15]

Try the caber. Surgery for an adinoma may trash other pituitary functions.
TSH & iodine: What are current body temperatures? Waking and mid afternoon? See thyroid basics sticky.
B6: If not taking supplements, that would be abnormal. Note that this is a measure of what is seen in the general population and does not imply that larger amounts are in any way detrimental.
I think the difference between the BAC water and the sterile water is simply that the BAC has a preservative in it in order to keep the hCG fresh longer. You know it needs to be refrigerated after you mix it up, right?
As far as what you should do, I don’t know. I’m not a doctor, so I can only speculate that your hCG would have a shorter time until it lost effectiveness.
Yes I know about refrigerating. Dang I feel like an idiot I trusted the pharmacy when they said it was BAC water. I read the small letters and surprise surprise.
Anyway, this is going to sound super weird, but my nuts have been tingling since I started HCG, I’m assuming this is a good sign?
Any of you guys on HCG not embarrassed enough to comment on your side effects?
Caber is working very well! Dopamine is expected to increase. Are you feeling better mood wise. Increased reward from good food or things that you enjoy?

KS!!! thanks for replying.
I was for the first week. After that I got really weird mood swings with sadness then aggressiveness. Erratic.
The first two weeks with HCG libido was up quite a bit in general maybe 65% back to normal, I still feel better than before, but not as good as the first weeks.
The pharmacy doesn’t think HCG has lost potency due to them giving me sterile water instead of BAC as I had asked. The labs were done at three weeks.
Doc feels that maybe adding a little bit of T might make me feel even better and closer to 100%. I’m willing to give it an honest try for at least 6 months and if there is an improvement, continue until adenoma shrinks and I can try a restart.
16mg of T per day 250 iu HCG EOD and 1mg arimidex per week in divided doses.
Effects so far:
New body hair. A lot of body acne.
And one big problem I need advice on. I had slight gyno on one side during puberty that went away completely, but has now flared up after a month of TRT. What should I do?
My first thought is E is too high and will try to get labs asap, but what do you guys suggest?
