You have a year’s worth of reading to do. It’s toxic. If you take it a little bit it will be a little bit toxic so why take it at all? None of us with dialed in protocols need to touch this stuff.
It would take me 30 minutes to correct the spelling and punctuation in there, it’s so bad. Now you’re using English as your second language. English is my THIRD language so what’s your excuse?
Everyone who commented on that vid made it crystal clear I won that debate. No mention of Chris whatsoever. If you were literate, you would have seen that. Maybe ask a friend to read it to you and draw you a picture so you understand.
Nothing proves anything with you. Even Neal Rouzier is wrong. All studies are wrong. All videos are wrong. All physicians are wrong. But someone with the spelling of a 5 year old has all the answers. Especially one with an unhealthy obsession with a guy on the Internet because he doesn’t have a life of his own that has any value. Poor you.
If a docs opinion is 5400% more value than mine, than you should be listening to Neal and all the other physicians, but you said they’re all wrong also. So, bad spelling and horrible logic and critical thinking as well.
The only thing crushed is your intellect. For the rest, you are severely delusional and provide zero value to this forum. I have never once seen you actually help a man. All you do is spout bro science as to how everyone is wrong.
You’re literally of no use.
This is immediately answered with asking you: For what reason would you want to take it at all and why would you want to lower estradiol?
This is the first question. Get that question figured out and the rest becomes obvious.
No, Its not “a little bit toxic” if you take “a little bit” and keep e2 within range. A dialed in protocol might indeed include an AI.
So don’t drink water then. Too much could kill you.
If you go through life not being able to differentiate between actual toxic substances and things like water, I feel bad for you.
Arimidex fixes gyno very very quickly if you catch it early cause of high e2, bodybuilders have known this for many years now.
very, very (note the comma)
‘because’ of high E2… not ‘cause’ which is a different meaning altogether.
If Arimidex fixed gyno I wouldn’t have had any gyno prior to TRT and none of my friends would have gyno. I posted a study where blocking aromatase actually increased chest fat and breast tissue swelling in contrast to raising estradiol where it lowered chest fat and lowered swelling. Being illiterate means you missed that one too. Ask a friend to draw you a picture.
You don’t know any doctors.
I’m actually organizing a massive doctor’s roundtable to be held in January.
Stop using your personal anecdotal experiences. And you do not have any friends, a guy acting like you is not possible to have any close friendships, the only “friends” you have will talk shit about you, cause of your behaviour.
And yes, arimidex will fix your gyno if you catch it early, currently thousands of bodybuilders laughing at ya.
And for gods sake, stop the cringe trying to correct other peoples spelling, thats why you got bullied in school by the cool guys, remember?
I’m not using anecdotal experiences. I use the experiences of physicians.
I have more friends than you do, I can assure you ![]()
Let’s have a debate live on YouTube. Let’s see you put your balls where your mouth is. You’re so amazing? Show us in a live environment. Pretty please. You won’t even need to spell anything.
“A massive doctors roundtable”, IE the only ones who agree with your broscience you mean? ![]()
Nope! Bringing in 3 more who I’ve never even spoken to, who were referred by others, to hear their methodologies for the very first time.
Dont lie, everyone know you only talk to people who agree with you, there are TONS of doctors out there who disagree completely with your stuff, for some reason you never talk about that, how weird eh?
Is this a threat?
