Hey guys, according to the article, we can probably eat one egg a day and not die immediately! Yesssssss.
I’ve been putting 2-4 raw eggs into shakes every morning for years, yolk and everything. Literally thousands of them. So many that I got my own chickens last year just to save money on them. People are always amazed that I’ve never had salmonella poisoning.
I drink down 4 raw eggs every morning. Been doing it for years as well.

Do you ever think that the manliness factor involved with raw eggs every morning for breakfast, along with high amounts of dead animal flesh, has led to our bodies turning into motherfucking MACHINES, so that we probably get salmonella about once a month from all the eggs and all it is for MACHINES like us is a half-day long case of diarrhea?
I think I’ve had salmonella a bunch of times but that my body just fucking deals with it now and I just shrug it off, or rather, shit it out.
Dude, I think you’re onto something! Same experience!

I also have the theory that the rate of GI bacterial infection has a lot to do with the level of conditioning your stomach has to an increased load of bacteria present in your food. So if you are otherwise healthy, eating raw eggs and very rare meat is just a matter of conditioning your stomach to it. I still think that cooking meat under low heat and soft boiling eggs will help you digest and absorb the protein more completely.

While I expect no one to listen to me, overall health wise I have never felt better since eliminating animal products from my diet. Seeing as my goals aren’t as lofty as most here, I would certainly never advise a near vegetarian diet but I will say that I feel it would be beneficial to eliminate meat when other options are available. At least for a trial period of a month or so to see how the body reacts, I can guarantee you will be pleasantly surprised.
We are omnivores. The healthiest natural diet includes meat.
I usually have several slabs of various flesh thawing in my fridge at a given time. Often one or more of them becomes “a bit aged” and doesn’t smell perfectly fresh. The organic ground beef that’s perpetually ready for burgers always turns brown before I use it up. I cook it and eat it anyway and never seem to get sick.
I ate nothing but raw meat and veggies for two weeks. The most I ever cooked any meat was 3-5 seconds per side of a steak. Nothing happened. I avoided ground beef and chicken though.

gorillas are the closest gene wise to us, yet they don’t eat meat at all. and they are among the most muscular strongest creatures on the planet. (on land)

You’re not going to baffle us with your broscience again are you?

Chimps are the closest, actually. And they are avid meat eaters. In fact, they are cannibals.
well, would you rather look like a chimp or a silver back gorilla. I rest my case. they don’t eat meat at all.
you’re the greatest troll this site has ever seen or…the stupidest motherfucker the site has seen.

well, enjoy eating meat now. cause within id say 25 years the killing of any animal, for food or not will be illegal. Mark my words. hunting in any form, will be illegal. animal rights groups are getting larger by the day and more powerful. the days of killing animals, will be at an end, someday. its been proven by tons of studies, that meat is extremely unhealthy for you. But the day will come, when meat will no longer be in supermarkets. its only a matter of time.
tons of studies? as in studies x 2000lbs?
the manner in which animal is raised is the problem - not meat itself doofus.

I rarely if ever eat meat. except for the occasional summer barbecue or what not. its not the meat itself that builds muscle, its the protein within it. you can get some pretty damm good protein powder nowadays.
dude, give up the AAS and talk to me about your protein powders when you shrivel up like a raisin. you’re one silly ignorant sumbitch.
As long as corporations have their greedly paws in the food industry. I would suggest everyone follow the key phrase “Meet your meat”, or know where it comes from and how it was fed. I eat very little meat and supplement my protein with Hemp protein. I find it is easily digested and absorbed into the body. This is something I have done over the last two years. I was looking to change from animal protein to plant. I still eat meat, but it’s organicly raised, no drugs and no CORN! I can’t prove it but I think Hemp protein is extremely easy to digest. It works really good!

Look at his avi. If that’s what not eating meat does to you, I’ll stick to eating animal carcass, thank you. Just look at what it’s done to his face…

that’s the AAS abuse. but don’t worry, he consumes tons of fish oil and this makes him health. broscience says so, not bloodwork.
