Lifting & Sprinting Question

hey guys since basketball practice is starting on monday and im gonna have saturday games, i wanna cut down my weight lifting for legs to once a week and keep doing twice a week for upperbody.

the thing is i wanna sprint too on tuesdays and then wednesdays do lower body then thursday do a light jog would that be ok to have spritning one day then lower body the next

But why the slow jog? Basketball is about short sprints over an extended period of time. If it is because of active recovery, I would recommend relaxed stretches, joint mobility, or just rest.
