Licky Boom Boom Down

A song about statutory rape:

Do the Kid N Play kick step:

Don’t call it a come back:

I could go on. Reminds me of when I used to watch The Box. Music Television You Control!

Between this thread, the Tequila thread, and the first kiss one, I feel like I’m back in high school.

Im glad Im not the only one that jams out to this song still

Here’s two reasonably obscure tracks to remind ya’ll that hip-hops’ golden age was the early to mid 90’s.

I always liked “Lady With the Dress On” more. Am I being serious? I’ll never teeeelll!

Here’s one I know you all forgot about:

Kool Keith / Black Elvis / Dr. Octagon anyone?

Anyone?

That song still pumps me up. Love that jam.

My contribution, a CLASSIC!

Man… Pharcyde.

I nailed the finest girl of my career to this song.

Still brings back great memories.

Aah, The Pharcyde…

No one mentioned Tony, Toni Ton-E!

I could do this all dang day.

Alright, it’s 1989, but damn…

PUMP IT UP, WHILE YO FEET ARE THUMPIN’

I love the cymbal at the beginning even though its a Tr-909 that’s used for the beat. lol

This is still played at weddings and corp events. I just cringe when I hear it.

This one too is the king of cheese from that time.

I have to admit this is inspired by Scrubs…
