Let's Discuss It

not to take away your hard work but i’m really not sure how you’re getting a 7. You look small in your videos… 5’8 162lbs…

bah I like the way I look actually, it feels good, mostly because I totally enjoy the training otherwise I would not spend time in it :))))))))))))))
as I asked in the beginning if someone of you as a photoshop I would love to see myself enhanced, just for fun

From your front shots i can tell you have very good chest shoulders, and abs.You have very low bodyfat, which makes you look even more impressive. The only weaknesses i can tell from the photos are middle back development(lower traps, spinal erectors)(barbell rows will blast these), and arms.[/quote]

maybe some fat on the lower back, this is what makes many of u confused, I think. But I like to eat, properly, but never looking for an exaggerated definition because the first thing I want is to feel overall cozy. So for me being in such body composition makes easier to have a mental balance and think the right things during my day to attract what I want in life.
Training must not be something that take all my attention because I have other goals, other things that make me happier than being shredded or so all the time :)))))))))))))))

Arm u are totally right, I do not work them directly usually.
I just focus on close grip bench, but if I remember I do 2-3 sets of curl very light at the end of the bench row days

I simply do not like feeling them sore from direct work.

If I would train more directly they would look bigger, but actually I am not inspired in doing so

I prefer focusing on increasing my lifts… deadlift squat chins bench military press

stephanogym, it looks like you’ve been working hard, so congrats

to everyone that keeps saying stephano’s back is weak, look at the last back picture on the third page (almost right at the bottom), the lighting and pose shows a lot more thickness than some of the earlier pictures look like

-i *(edited to make sense) prefer thicker back/shoulders over chest/arms personally, but for regular standards you come across pretty balanced, like what most people would want to achieve, and you look good regardless, by just about anyones standard so congrats again

thank u brian :))))))))) I appreciate

If you cut your hair, you’ll lose your strength though. ha ha

very refreshing thread for a change. good work dude, from one fellow long hair to another. well done.

If my hair line wasn’t receeding and I wasn’t enlisting in the military, I’d want my hair long also.

try Revivogen to stop it, it works
Also take care of your kidneys doing meditation , qigong, meridian stretches.

healthy kidneys = hair on the head :)))))))))))

do not focus on loss

I’m almost certain hairloss is solely attributed to the conversion of testosterone into DHT. Unless that conversion occurs in the kidneys I’m not sure healthy kidneys has much to do with it. I’m positive that there are many balding people with healthy kidneys.

study some oriental medicine please  it will help to have a better comprehension about the topic

Ohashiatsu would be a good starting point,

then Masunaga

Have a wonderful Thanksgiving
:)))))))))))

My girlfriend is having a kidney transplant on Dec. 16th, and she has a head of thick, beautiful hair. So now that that nonsense is outta the way, you have a balanced lean physique. Congrats.

Ha ha, I like you and not in a homo way. Ha ha. Yeah I think heredity may play a factor in my hair loss. I don’t care really as I think I look Handsome otherwise. Post some progress pics when your ready.

thank you guys… When I talk of kidneys I should talk of everything, because I consider the body as a Whole, and I am referring to the meridian system, so I am not looking at things under the western medicine point of view… I am talking about energy flowing in the meridians…sometimes it remains blocked in some meridian that unbalances all the system…

this is why there is acupuncture for example, to restore that balance… and It is well known that an unbalance on the kidneys meridian is one of the key that causes hair loss… by the way…we should answer to the question: what is that causes those unbalances?? and the primary answer is THE MIND, our mental attitude, because the mind is everything.

We are omnipotent in creating our lives and so our health…the problem is that for the most we are unaware of this…we perceive others or other things being responsible for our outcoming…while it is our mind that creates everything giving attention to the unwanted and so , for the law of attraction, attracting it from the universe… so we just need to switch perception focusing on what we really are…pure positive energy.

So from this point of connection we can manifest everything in life…health , shape, money , whatever…simply switching perception…we need discipline for doing that, so I think it is easier for us, iron lifters, because we train our discipline before our muscles…so we can use it also to keep the mind where it has to be, only with the things that we really want, and not with what we do not want… because the universe delivers anything we focus about, that we want it or not!!! it is law :)))))))))))))) reality is just a temporary manifestation of a thought.

Switch the thought, switch reality…use the fantasy to look what we want and not we have in front of the eyes, because as told, that is totally changeble…if remains the same is because we are offering attention to the same things over and over again, creating always the same things…
you know why there are so many diseases at this world? because doctors search about them…creating them…because we focus on disease, and the universe DELIVERS :)))))
but we are changing, we are always more, waking up, becoming conscious…changing perspective.

And the new world will be a fabulous one :)))))))) We are creating it, experiencing the contrast (what we do not want) to focus more and steady on what we do want!!!

For a Woman is different, and I explain under the law of attraction point of view…

Women are usually aware that they do not lose hair, that means it is very rare to see a bald woman, so their mind accept it like a truth, so usually women keep the hair anyway…
We also, as Men could keep the hair on the head simply using our mind and helping it with the right spiritual work, to balance energy…mostly mostly focusing on having hair, and not on loss :)))))))))

We have to accept it as a truth: we do have hair!!
we need to change the internal software…

WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT? You seem like a positive guy, and that’s great, but you’re out of your fucking mind if you believe even half the shit you’ve written here.

There is nothing wrong with believing in or practicing alternative medicine. Traditional Chinese Medicine obviously works to an extent or else billions of Chinese people would not rely on it for healing.

With that said, you have to realize that you are not going to get very far preaching about it to a bunch of people who are primarily from North America and Europe, where western medicine is the dominent form of treatment.

I also think you are crazy to believe that diseases are created by doctors and that meditation is the end all be all to curing. At this point it is well accepted that hairloss is genetically determined in the majority of cases. It really is as simple as applying some sort of topical DHT blocker to prevent further hairloss in otherwise healthy men.

You can type as many smiley faces as you desire but that wont change the fact that most of what you say is purely conjecture.
