in america you cant drink before 21 legally, but in germany you cant drink beer before 16 and harder stuff at 18.
well i started drinking when i was like 13 and nobody really gave shit (except for my parents who always told me im not allowed to drink and stuff), i even could go with some friends id to a club (who looks completely different) and nobody even bothers looking at the picture as long as it says i was born at least 16 years ago…
now with 17 i hardly drink anymore, especially because it makes building a great body even harder, i just smoke pot sometimes (i dont smoke cigarettes and stuff) and take shrooms sometimes, both things that should have fucked me up if my parents were right (but they werent 
) just look at netherlands, they allowed weed and there no problems about it (only germany had a problem with it and forced netherlands to close all coffee shops near to the border to curb weed tourism…ridiculous)

operating with prohibited BAC/2nd offense:$900 fine/5 days jail/12 months revocation
operating after revocation/3rd offense:$490 fine/5 days jail
operating while intoxicated:$800 fine/8 months revocation
operating while intoc:$700 fine/7 months rev
fishing after fishing license revocation:$913 fine
figure that one out…the guy caught fishing after revocation gets fined almost twice as much as the guy caught driving after rev FOR THE THIRD TIME
