Leaving Christians Alone

That’s why you’re a bigot. You have no legitimate reason to critique them except your own arbitrary, culturally-bound standards.

Homosexuality does not lead to the creation of life. It is therefore illogical, the value judgment being made that life is superior to death.

There is no need for any sky god or some book of stories to determine that homosexuality is illogical.

You need God to determine FOR YOU if something is right or wrong. I just need life, this earth. I need only my self.

Why is that you just pick on Christians? How about the Jews? Muslims? Buddhists?

For someone who supposedly hates religion, you sure bitch about it a lot.

Actually, they are all false. Besides, let’s say you believe there is a God. Furthermore, you believe there is a religious god. Right, so time to pick a religion. But hang on, there are thousands of religions today, many more in the past, and a potential infinite number of total religions. All of these religions have the exact same amount of evidence going for them. Therefore, they all have an equal chance of being correct. And since most/all of these religions are mutually exclusive, (i.e, if one religion is correct , all the others are wrong), only one of them can be correct.

So what are the chances of picking the correct religion? Well let’s see, there are an infinite possible number of religions, all of which have the same probability of being correct. Therefore the probability is one divided by infinity… i.e, you have a 0% chance of picking the correct religion.

So by definition the chance of picking the correct religion is the same as your chances of winning the Mega Ball Lottery. So…fuck it, why bother???

The Christians set up as a moral ideal that you be tortured to death on the Cross for the benefit of people who come out to have a picnic and watch you die.

Being a Vulcan, attempting to emulate the Vulcans, is clearly superior.

So you’re pretty much just an old, negative, pessimistic prick who has nothing better to do with his time than bash religion on a bodybuilding website? Real impressive, man, real impressive.

Should I not bother the religious people on here any more? If praying and worshipping is some sort of odd social custom that gives you guys comfort, well, go ahead. I should just regard it like watching some bizarre native rites and leave it at that.

I never have much understood my fellow human beings. Roughly 4400 wars in recorded history, political systems based on purely irrational principles, total disregard for the applications of logic and mathematics to life…a very odd species indeed.

But, other than worshipping imaginary beings, the most fascinating aspect of humans is that a percentage of the males have this odd desire to put their penises into each others’ waste facilities and then marry one another. I find this behavior fascinating. Those people are of course demented and should be locked away from others – the others are already insane enough.

So…I’ll probably leave the religious people alone, due to their obvious dementia. That, and the people with the mad desire to do odd things with their genitalia (the ones above), fascinating…thoroughly fascinating.

Personally, I don’t care what you post HH. You stopped being relevant around here long, long ago. In fact, if you add your hateful religious posts to your bunker mentality regarding the economy and throw in the fact that you think that we’ve been visited by aliens and they have (or will have) influence in our government a good case could be made that you’re out of your freaking mind. Soo…post away! Far better that you vent here on T Nation than actually go out in the real world and harm someone.
Why would one seek relevance from those I described above? Does your identity depend upon random strangers on a bodybuilding website? That’s actually kind of sad, Zeb.

I don’t hate anybody here. They would have to mean something to me, for me to hate them. I laugh at them much as I laugh at you.
I’m sure you do a lot of laughing over nothing that’s part of being out of your freaking mind.

Now you sound like a Catholic. So a sexual act must be capable of creating life to be logical?

That sounds like you’re making the common (and mistaken) assumption that the purpose of sex is necessarily procreation. You do know that literally hundreds of species engage in sexual acts for non-procreative purposes, right? Homosexuality, promiscuity, masturbation, etc. - all these exist in the “animal” world as well. So if, based on an empirical evidence, it is technically “natural” for many species to engage in such acts, why is it unnatural (and hence, illogical) for humans?

And exactly - God tells me what is right and wrong. You have only your CULTURALLY CONDITIONED SENSES. You’re a bigot - you have no authoritative or logical basis for your condemnation of homosexuality. Without some eternal standard of normalcy, homosexual practice is simply a naturally occurring variation. There is nothing illogical about it. There is NO reason for you to denigrate homosexuals EXCEPT your own heterosexual unease. That’s bigotry.

You display your own illogical nature by your self-reliance. You are entitled to believe whatever you want, HH; the fact remains, however, that when your opinions are rooted in your own culturally conditioned reflexes, your statements automatically cease to be logical, as they cannot convince anyone else who hasn’t been mentally-raped like you have by American culture.

Well, I have developed the theory that whatever I want to stick into womans face better be clean.

Which just goes to show that you can apply reason to achieve goals that are in and of themselves not reasonable.
