Lab Review Before My Appointment *Updated Results*

I’m thinking that you could clean up the diet, get your timing nailed down on how you eat vs how you work out, and see a ton of differences in how you sleep, and invariably how you feel.

I could list out some recommendations if you’d like?

I’m open to anything. You think my high e2 is diet related? I don’t drink Soda/Pop either.

Well I don’t think that your E2 is really as high as you think. It’s more your testosterone to E2 ratio that is out of whack. There are guys pushing E2 in the high 60’s that feel great because they have a proper ratio. And yes, I think everything starts going to shit with diet and activity (or lack of), and can fixed by correcting those two aspects if the body isn’t too far gone.

You’re still producing fairly well at this point, so I think it’s worth a shot.

Sometime today I will sit down and put together a sample guideline for you.

Question…

What is your current BF%, and what time of the day do you prefer to workout?

Here is a quick sample. This is designed around an evening workout (about 3 hrs after meal 4).

Meals should be 2-3 hrs apart, with the one exception of Meal 5 (post workout supper) being right after the workout. Meal 6 should be within an hour of bedtime.

You can substitute as much as you like, but try to keep the carbs to Low GI (sweet potato, brown rice, etc.) and pay close attention to the target macros and when (they aren’t evenly divided due to workout timing) .

I also suggest that you up your workouts to at least 4 (preferably 5) per week. Choose one day in the beginning to be a “cheat day”, with the end goal in mind of eventually honing that down to just a cheat meal, not a whole day.

Also, do the protein powder meals as blended shakes/smoothies using around 1/2 cup water or unsweetened almond milk.

Last note…On off days (non-workout), you can split the total target macros evenly across all of the meals, and back the carbs off by 20%.

15-17% depending on the month. I’ve been as low as 9% before but it was painstaking work.

Yeah 9% and lower is truly not healthy. It looks good on stage, but that’s about it…

Shoot for around 10% - 12%. This will keep aromatase at bay and help to maintain a healthy Test / E2 balance.

I ended up trying the HCG Mono route. Going to do 350 units 3x per week and do 1/4 pill of anastrozole 2x per week. I’ll keep you posted on the progress!

You should check Reverse T3 and do a 24-Hour Saliva Cortisol test.
Your Testosterone and Estradiol are not the issue. Something else is preventing TRT from working.
