Tendinosis Pain, Fatigue and No Libido

@KSman and others, hope someone can guide me in the correct direction. GP’s ignore me (I’m just old apparently!) -age. 48 -height. 172cm (5’6") -waist. (34") -weight 80.5kg -describe body and facial hair… hairy chest and back. Used to be thick but now back hair is softer, thinning and leg hair bare on calves. Shave every three to four days. I have only once had a 5 o’clock shadow which lasted a week or so. Never again. -describe where you carry fat and how changed… fat around waist…
