KSman Help with Labs and Strategy

First I want to thank you for all the info you’ve given us, I’ve learned quite bit from you.

Lately I’ve been feeling age sneaking up on me (morning wood not very frequent, trouble losing fat on low cal low carb diet when it used to work like a charm etc etc) so I got my blood work done in anticipation of going on TRT.

The following are my results and I believe I know how to interpret them based on what I’ve learned from you and what areas need attention but I’m confused on how to begin or what area do I address first and was wondering if you can help me out.

Total T 640 range 300-1000
but Free T only 10 when range is 8-30 (for my age group) 35 probably optimal
E2 was at 20 which seems good, and LH and FSH were normal

From this I’m assuming too much SHGB binding things up, and from what you’ve said nothing can be done other than more T right?

Next my DHEA-S was very low at only 55 when ranges are 60-357
So basically I need to supplement with DHEA. Does this mean I also need pregnelenone or would just DHEA suffice?

And last my Thyroids all came back within mid range but T3 in the bottom of low range. In addition my waking temp average is around 97.7 and never gets much higher all day and sometimes even lower. Need IR? Too much rT3?

So from all this Im assuming too much SHGB and I need to go onTRT.
I need DHEA but how much to start and does it affect the free test. I’ve read that it can. I’ve also read it is produced in adrenals in response to stress and cortisol. On a side note I have a high stress life with lots of coffee involved.
And finally based on thyroid results and temperature I should start iodine
My question is what do I attack first because I’m guessing one thing might affect the other.
I’m basically asking what my plan of attack should be or what areas do I address first.
Should I investigate adrenal fatigue?

Thanks and sorry for long post
OH I forgot my stats - 53yrs training for 40. 6’0 195 10% body fat. No anabolics
