If you’ve seen that Orbitz gum commercial with Snoop Dogg, you have an idea of what Lay’s up to these days.
G.W’s buddy ‘Kenny Boy’ will raise no more funds for the Republican Party.

Lay wasn’t going to San Quintin.

Mufasa, you hit the nail on the head, but if he knew without a doubt he’d be in general pop. at someplace besides a “country club” prison, he’d think twice before pillaging people’s life savings. If it were you or me, our asses would have been sold for a carton of Marlboros before we even arrived.[/quote]
Yeah, he wasn’t going to a federal pound me in the ass prison.
How is it that his autopsy was already conducted and ruled out foul play yet other autopsys take weeks, like the kid that was killed by the cops in the “bootcamp.” “Its going to take up to 2 weeks to conduct the autopsy.”

I am going to be meeting with one of the Jurors from the trial tomorrow. I will let you know. From what I have heard a lot about his personality and what he did came out in the trial.

The conviction will get erased because he died before having a chance to appeal his conviction, it basically becomes the same as if he died before the trial began. All this means is that without a conviction the government cannot take his assets via forfeiture. This DOES NOT exempt his assets from the inevitable civil suits.
His family will be well off with a homestead exemption, any pensions that can’t be touched, and any life insurance.
