I am currently lifting weights three times a week, and do loads of cardio every week with Martial Arts, Running, Swimming and skating, so I am on a high-calories, high-carb, high-protein diet, full of meat, vegetables, starches, and very rarely eat junk food.
But I am now going on to bodyweight only exercises, so should I change my diet, or should I continue taking lots of protein, lots of carbs and as many calories as before?

Wow. You just won the award for the vaguest post ever! CONGRATULATIONS!!! You’re prize is in the mail.
Seriously- how are we supposed to offer advice when we don’t know what “high-calories, high-carb, high-protein” means?
Regardless… you need to eat more.
