I think people just have different tastes more than anything.
I don’t particularly find Hope Solo attractive (looks kinda mannish) but everyone seems rave about her.
Conversely, I’d drink Kate Upton’s bathwater if she let me.

Exactly…I don’t think anyone “critical” of her is blowing it out of proportion and saying she isn’t beautiful or “below standard.” However…those who think it’s absurd to not furiously sand the wood at the very sight of her are blowing things out of proportion.
No one “beauty” is perfect…and people will naturally try to find something about them that is flawed. OR people try to force “attractive” and “beautiful” into being a synonym for “perfect.” Media is biggest culprit…with editing,airbrush,etc. But its all still subjective…and nothing wrong with that.
Some people can’t get by her wide midsection…non-existent hips/butt(camera angles,arching back can fake it…but let’s be real)…so what? She’s still pretty(with plenty of titty balls). HOWEVER I would say Christina Hendricks-type body(and dark hair) is more appealing to me. But I would say Kate has prettier face shrug no big deal.
The bigger question…is being beautiful like Kate a guarantee for an awesome experience?? I know some of you have laid someone “perfect” that was as fun as a frozen fish in bed.
