I hadn’t heard of him until this thread…but I did watch the video. I can now say that some of you would be talking shit about me too if you heard what I sounded like as a kid trying to get a record deal.

I actually listened to him sing a promo spot acoustic and he actually sounded pretty good. I think at this point autotune is just the style.
I dont like to shit on people just cause they’re famous. Obviously he has some talent.

I’m 15, and it seems wayyy to many girls love this kid and I have nothing against the kid personally since i’ve never met him or spoken to him, but he’s so girlish i don’t understand why girls like that. I mean honestly my 8 year old little brothers voice is deeper than his. But then again, if i could just sing and make millions i would.
Also, i forbade my girlfriend from ever talking about him in front of me, and she no longer likes him…

Anyway, I don’t know why, but his persona just pisses me off. I can’t explain it whatsoever, but I see his face and think “It would feel awesome to just knock him out.” I feel a little bad about it, but ever since I saw that clip where this girl grabs his elbow hard and he starts bitching about “how much it hurts, but he’ll perform for the fans because he loves them”, I just wanted to show him real pain. Anyway I don’t really HATE the kid. I do dislike him because my daughter wants to marry him. Any man with daughters would give me that. I actually have a reason to dislike him.
