Yessir,

Same goes for black mold when it’s caught on inspection. My brother had to go through that mess.

Shit, what? I already dumpster’d a 40lb contractor bag of tile… as I tear up the rest of the carpet, I’m just going to leave the tile there and lay my mats over it. Its like, a 1.5mm difference in height so that 1" rubber mats will make any elevation diff insignificant. I removed the tile in the area I’m doing to be deadlifting so now I won’t be pulverizing the stuff every time I pull.

I got lucky with a gigantic retarded 80’s African colors cabinet… think the color scheme from Do the Right Thing. All those weird reds and greens and stuff… yeah. I sledgehammered the entire cabinet thing built into the wall wondering wtf it was, then I realized it was there enclosing a massive asbestos pipe. I rebuilt the box around the pipe tonight, so much drywall and plywood… The things we do for home gyms.

Forsure, but, my question to you is; how many people do you think really actually do this? I dont live down there so maybe you guys are alot more spot on when it comes to following rules and if so then hey it’s for the better. But at least where I live people will do anything they can to save cost’s or time if they can, especially if they can avoid the inspector.
