Just Started TRT at 25 Years Old update

After doing some more research. Doesn’t my low t in comparison to my LH levels lean towards primary ? Or are my values of total t and free t to high to be primary

Lh is 5.0 1.5- 9

@KSman recorded 2pm temps
Yesterday 98.5
Today. 98.6
Digital thermometer orally
So do I subtract half a degree from those ?

Digital needs to measure 00.00, for all we know it could be 98.45. We need waking temperatures before you get out of bed.

I would say if you can consistently reach 98.6 that is a good sign.

Update!!!So after being on t Shots for 3 weeks I had a change in heart and went to the Clomid. Doctor wrote a script for 25 mg 3 times a week …then proceeds to tell me come back in 3 months to evaluate…I asked about checking thyroid she said No reason and won’t …I asked when should I draw bloods and she said In three months…I think she may be a quack. Also told me my levels of 310 and 386 total t weren’t even that low for my age… to say the least I’m pretty upset with how I feel after leaving her office

You should update you original thread, that’s where all your info is at including your age. 3 weeks isn’t enough time for TRT to start working, you need a minimum of 6 weeks for TRT to start working.

Successful restarts are rare, if genetic there’s little Clomid can do for you. Your doctor is ignorant and is chasing lab numbers, she has no idea what normal testosterone is for a 25 year old. We peak in the 800-1000 range in our 20’s and slowly begin to decline as we age, you’ve declined abnormally and far too soon.

Men 50 years ago had much high levels than we do today, a typical man had 800 in his 50’s. Your doctors refusal to look further into the thyroid is because she doesn’t want to piss off the insurance companies, they hate it when doctors run labs.

You need to take charge of your own health and seek care outside of insurance, healthcare in our country is abysmal, doctors follow lab ranges like people follow Jesus. This makes any conversation not open for debate, it ends all further investigation.

You will be forced out anyhow because most doctors get TRT wrong and have no idea how to tailor a protocol for a person’s specific blood biomarkers and refuse to monitor/manage estrogen.
This doctors sounds pretty stubborn and close minded, TRT requires an open minded problem solver.

Would defy medical be the smartest option
I do not believe I will find any real help where I live

If you did find a place locally it would very likely cost significantly more than Defy Medical. Defy Medical has knowledgeable doctors.
