Just Started 100mg Cyp - Need Guidance and Reassurance

Yup me to. The pod casts and decided I’ll go see him at whatever the cost. I don’t want to keep trying to figure this out solo. I’d rather just follow and trust.

I stopped looking in HOUSTON when I couldn’t find one doc who mentioned any advanced information about trt on there website. There are plenty of clinics , but they are wack and stupid in how they operate.

I’ll keep my thyroid updates going for the next few days and then stop. Will be nice to reflect on it in the coming months.

———————————————————-
Day 1 of thyroid. Took 1 pill and was supposed to take another 8 hours later. I did not because i felt like as thoughI had chuffed a few Red Bull’s. Without the jitters. Just felt great.

Day 2: today I took 1 pill in the am and felt great all day again and took the other dose 8 hours later as prescribed. Not big jolt in energy today and just feel calm and focused.

I’m pleased it wasn’t all in my head yesterday. It’s actually helping . In 3 months of trt I have not felt even close to normal. It’s been years since I’ve felt close to normal… As of yesterday I can say I feel better than I have in years passed. Honestly I’m just relieved. I needed thyroid And TRT. Doc was right.

Hey doc I am going to add the following based on convos you had over the last few days and weeks.

  1. Boron 3mg daily
  2. b6 - already had this laying around.
  3. Magnesium sprayed on legs nightly. Why the Glycinate front load?
  4. I already take Vd

Ok it has been 30 days since I started the cream dhea Preg and 21 since thyroid. I’m feeling much better ever since the thyroid was implemented I stopped feeling so fatigued and sleepy:tired all day. Huge game changer for me. Anyone on trt sirlo feeling fatigue needs to think about thyroid. I felt better literally 1 hour after taking my first pill.

I had about 3 weeks after starting the cream where I was feeling tired again and I think that’s becusse I had high levels of estrogen. My labido vanished and so did sensitivity and strength of erections.

The cream has improved my labido ten fold and has stayed consistently awesome for the last week or two. I feel better within 1-2 hours of application and it lasts me a good 12 hours.

I started taking my 2nd thyroid dose closer to bedtime instead of 8 hours after my first dose. Due to this I have been sleeping better and waking up in a better mood. I wish they had longer release pills instead of the 8 hours.

I am starting to feel the benefits of trt as well. Moods a bit better and I don’t feel so negative all the time. Where before it was constant negativity going about in my mind.

I have been going to the gym on and off. I go at least once a week. I work hard every time I go and kill it. I’ve also been riding during the weekends long miles. I can say this for a fact. I was recovering much faster and feeling 100% the day after a hard leg or long tough ride with the boys when i first started the cream and levels were off the charts. Over the Last couple of weeks I still recover quick but it takes about two days to feel fresh again.

I weight 170-175 pre trt and today I’m 190s. Water weight? My stomach has lost tons of fat and is leaning out. Muscles on upper body are very noticeable and my new dress shirts barely fit me. I ripped Burton’s the other day when I opened my arms trying to stretch.

Diet is good. I am more of a half ass intermittent fasting guy. I usually wait till about 10-12 to have a small meal like oatmeal or nothing at all. I do have coffee every am.

My next meal comes at 5-7pm and it’s usually just enough to remove the hunger and keep me energized. So my intake of calories , fats and proteins are right where they need to be for leaning out and losing fat. Otherwise I’d be hungry all night until am.

I have more room to heal. I still have depression and some anxiety. Not the type of anxiety that stops me from leaving the house. Focus hasn’t returned either. I can say I am way more talkative to those I run across at the gym and coffee shop. Or wherever I go. Before trt I was not wanting to talk to anyone and wanted to rip your head off if you were a happy silly fucker trying to make me
Smile… lolz

Doc says give it s few more months and I will notice more improvement in mental health.

Looking forward to crushing it and turning my business up a notch.

Thanks for everyone’s help up to now. Who knows where I would be today if I hadn’t looked for answers and Run across the info on this forum.

I think you can if you ask for it. I can give you the name of my compound in Chattanooga TN and they should be able to ship it to ya if your doc fills the script there. Or use empower pharmacy and tell your doc to fill it there.

This stuff is powerful. 3 clicks am and 3 clicks Pm . You look at it and it’s like the size :volume of a dime. That’s also Max dosage that the doc gives. So one click am and Pm is like a pea size drop.

I use 50mg per click.

Hey fellas

I have been doing great. Finally! It’s been consistent for a good month now and I think I’m dialed in on Trt and thyroid.

I do have a question or two below. Your input is greatly appreciated.

Cialis: I took 20mg and it didn’t really give me a strong reaction but it was a bit stronger. Crazy right? My buddy says he takes 2@ friday and it keeps him performing until Sunday. Try viagra maybe?

Furthermore I was taking 25mg dhea sr when I started the cream, but within two weeks I had peaked above the lab range and I was itching like crazy all over the body. I tried to take it again last night and was itching 39 mins after dosing… It seems dhea converts to DHT … this is why I am itching. DHT from cream and dhea is just compounding and causing this horrible side… anyone else have this issue and what dose are you on?

The good news is that i doses dhea last night before bed ( friends suggestion) and slept like a baby. Great for me since I haven’t slept well in a very long time. It usually takes me 1-2 or more hours to zonk out. I fell asleep within 30 mins and stayed asleep until the morning. Wicked right. But damnit I itch like mad and am itching right now.

Lastly and in regard to fitness. I’m at 190 lbs and started at 165-170. 18% body fat, 84lbs muscle mass and I’m leaning out. Now if only @charlie12 can figure out the bloating I’ll be showing a sixer. Maybe a four banger… something’s better than nothing. I am also pushing 75lb dumbbells (max) and 40lb dumbbells (max) and cranking out dozens of 300lb deadlift sets. Soon @physioLojik will have a new trainee. I’m getting there bud. Just waiting till doc says I’m good to go and no more changes.

Thanks guys . It’s lovely looking back through the last four months and realize success… it wasn’t so easy when I started and hated it when system or someone would say wait… in the end it took 3-4 months as many stated. Worth the wait.

I’m also taking b6,boron,vitamin d, and eating fairly healthy. More red meat as well.

No clue when next labs are but not worried about it.

Oh man I don’t even know what to do with myself sometimes. Sometimes I just sit there in silence and enjoy the calmness and mental clarity. I snap out and get to work.

Excellent progress, definitely made more progress than I in 2 years. I’ve been waiting for a long time and finely nailing down my TRT protocol.

You do feel better though right! Just not dialed in?

It just goes to show you it’s tricky business. Glad I tried The Nichols formula and your thyroid guidance

I started out on weekly injections, twice weekly, EOD which is where things started to happen and tried daily but had to stop and return to an EOD protocol. A 20mg EOD protocol used to get my Free T to the top of the ranges, but after awhile Free T decrease 20.8->16 with no change in dosage and I knew levels were low before lab testing.

Once I hit 160 lbs (6ft) hopefully I’ll be able to increase my levels high enough to where a reduction in levels will go unnoticed. I know 160 lbs might seem underweight, but not for all the men in my family. We are normally skinny and athletic and can build muscle.

You’ve seen men with tall baseball like biceps, that how I’m built. The potential to be lean as hell.

yah whatever fits genetically. If daily works and estrogens and issue and you don’t get dialed in just make the plunge dude and try the cream. It sounds like a perfect fit for you. You can dose daily, avoid e2 issues and keep high levels. Lose weight faster to

I know we’ve discussed it to death , but I I honestly think you should try. I would put a couple Hundos on you doing well

Congrats, good to hear things are moving in the right direction.

Cialis? Maybe you do not need it and that is why you do not feel much from it? I don’t know, just a thought.

I have not heard of this. Maybe something in the binder? Perhaps you could change products?

Hi enackers. There are so many responses that I don’t have the time to read them all. Surely this has been covered, so apologies for any redundancies.

From everything I’ve read, you shouldn’t need an ai from 100 mg/week. I’ve read a few studies where younger men didn’t raise estrogen much on 100 or even 125 /week. E2 peaks up a bit but drifts to baseline before the next shot. These were once weekly shots, so splitting the dose could stop the peak, which is where much of the E is likely being produced.

but HCG does seem to affect E more than T, so you might need an ai just for that. Maybe look into the dosing for a hcg mono cycle and then adjust to the right dose. Keep in mind the longer half life of ais and that estrogen can drift down 10 points on its own over a week or so.

Getting more thyroid tests later? Personally, I test total t4 and t3 in addition to the free numbers for various reasons. I’m no doc but adding in 100 mcg t4 a day is a pretty safe bet imo. Helping thyroid and boosting up vitamin D to 40 could only help the protocol.

cheers

Well, I read the last posts after posting the above and realize I’m late to the party.

Glad everything’s going well!

Good to hear buddy! I’ll parrot @highpull here and ask if you’ve tried to cutting out the cialis? May not need it at this point.

Also, I have not heard of the itching issue that you describe either, though that doesn’t mean very much lol. Sounds to me like an allergy issue. Any other changes to diet or supps?

Whenever you’re ready haha. Ask @NH_Watts how he likes the programming…
